  This is our first time buying a TempurPedic mattress and Sleep Train is a brand new store in Grants Pass. The store was bright and appealing. Rachelle greeted us as we entered from across the room saying she'd be right with us. She came to us within a few seconds and was very informative, friendly, and helpful. She addressed our concerns and answered all our questions. She had us lie down on three different beds to determine the degree of firmness or softness we preferred. We decided on one and she took care of us through the financing, down payment, and delivery date. We are looking forward with excitement to the delivery of our new bed! We feel that we had a good shopping experience and are receiving good value for our money.
