The finger of blame was directed at everyone but themselves. It was something that could have been easily fixed by simply giving me a small credit for the difference in shipping and an apology, but that didn't happen. Not sure that I will order from this company again. Which is unfortunate, they have a wonderful selection. I just can't accept the fact they aren't customer friendly when it comes to a complaint.
